These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If you access the Site from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local laws. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
